LOA VATJPN/VATKOR

VATJPNとVATKOR間の管制業務に関する合意内容を下記に記しますので、VATJPN管制官はこのLOAに定められた手順を遵守してください。

A. レーダーハンドオフ手順

VATJPN(RJJJ)とVATKOR(RKRR)のレーダーハンドオフは以下により行われる事。

1. APELA

1-1. From RJDG to RKPK
1-1-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : APELA (A582)
- Altitude : 12000ft
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from APELA
- Controllers : RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol) to RKPK_APP(Gimhae Approach)

1-2. From RJDG to RKRR(Excect for RKPK)
1-2-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : APELA (A582)
- Altitude : Between MEA and upto UNLMTD
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from APELA
- Controllers : RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol) to RKRR_CTR(Incheon Control)

 

2. INVOK

2-1. From RKPK to RJDG(Execpt RJFF)
2-1-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : INVOK (G339)
- Altitude : Between MEA and upto UNLMTD
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from INVOK
- Controllers : RKPK_APP(Gimhae Approach) to RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol)

2-2. From RKPK to RJFF
2-2-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : INVOK (G339)
- Altitude : Below FL250.
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from INVOK
- Controllers : RKPK_APP(Gimhae Approach) to RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol)

2-3. From RKRR to RJFF
2-3-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : INVOK (G339)
- Altitude : FL250
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from INVOK
- Controllers : RKRR_CTR(Incheon Control) to RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol)

 

3. KALEK

3-1. From RKPK to RJDG
3-1-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : KALEK (G203)
- Altitude : at or above FL170
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from KALEK
- Controllers : RKPK_APP(Gimhae Approach) to RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol)

3-2. From RJDG to RKPK
3-2-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : KALEK (G203)
- Altitude : FL160
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from KALEK
- Controllers : RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol) to RKPK_APP(Gimhae Approach)

 

4. SAPRA

4-1. From RJTG to RKRR
4-1-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : SAPRA (G585)
- Altitude : Between MEA and upto UNLMTD
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from SAPRA
- Controllers : RJTG_CTR(Tokyo Contol) to RKRR_CTR(Incheon Control)

4-2. From RKRR to RJTG

6. IGRAS

6-1. RKRR to RJTG
6-1-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : IGRAS (B332)
- Altitude : Between MEA and upto UNLMTD
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from IGRAS
- Controllers : RKRR_CTR(Incheon Control) to RJTG_CTR(Tokyo Contol)

6-2. RJTG to RKRR

- Altitude : Between MEA and upto UNLMTD
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from IGRAS

7. SAMDO

7-1. From RKPC to RJDG

- Altitude : Between MEA and upto FL230
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from SAMDO
- Controllers : RKRR_CTR(Incheon Control) to RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol)

7-2. From RKPC to RJDG (Except for RJF#)
7-2-1. Handoff procedures
- Fix : SAMDO (A595)
- Altitude : Between MEA and upto UNLMTD
- Handoff point : at least 10nm from SAMDO
- Controllers : RKRR_CTR(Incheon Control) to RJDG_CTR(Fukuoka Contol)

7-3. From RJDG to RKPC

- Handoff point : at least 10nm from ATOTI

B. 福江-アカラ回廊(A593)

福江-アカラ間の管制分担については合意事項がありません。
当該ルートを飛行する航空機の取り扱いについては、韓国・上海担当管制官と都度調整してください。

 

以上、平成22年4月19日から有効とする。
